🆕Available Criteria for CSV Imports in Procertif

Introduction

The attached document presents all the criteria and columns that can be used when importing data into Procertif using a CSV file.

The purpose of this document is to help users prepare their import files correctly by understanding the role of each available field, the expected formats, and the information that can be associated with candidates and certifications.

The criteria described in this document can be used to:

  • Create or update candidates;
  • Complete candidates' administrative information;
  • Import data required for France CompĂ©tences certifications;
  • Manage registrations, results, and certificate issuance;
  • Populate custom fields specific to your organization;
  • Perform automated actions such as withdrawal, unregistration, and re-registration.

For each criterion, you will find its name, functional description, and any formatting requirements that must be respected to ensure a successful import.

Important: Some criteria are mandatory, while others are optional or only available depending on the configuration of your certification or organization.
