Can I cancel a certificate or badge that has been issued ?
Only the procertif support is authorized to delete a certificate issued in failure or success.
As part of your tests or handling errors, send an email to support@procertif.com communicating:
- the name of your certification
- the email of the candidate whose certificate is to be deleted.
