When a qualification is renewed with a new RS/RN registration number, should candidates who started before the new number was issued be certified and linked to the new title ?
YES, in case of equivalence — this equivalence is determined by the certifying body. In Procertif, you can then update the registration number (via the certificate configuration page label>).
If there is no equivalence (for example, if the protocol is very different or the competencies have changed), the best solution is to create a new certificate in Procertif.
Should candidates already linked to the old title be reattached to the new one ?
NO — candidates should only be linked once per awarded certification.
Is it possible to update the certificate parchment with the new title information ?
YES — you can regenerate parchments individually or in bulk, from a specific date.
